Therapy?

Life often presents us with unexpected challenges and difficult situations. Life

changes and crises require more strength than we have available. The aim of

psychotherapy is to ease emotional distress, to help during life crises, change

problem behaviours and attitudes, and encourage personal development and

health.

"Use the stones that have been placed in your path to build something new."

(J. W. v. Goethe)
